Shipping & Return Policy
1. How Our Store Works (Made-to-Order) We are a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
2. Production & Shipping Times Please note that shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.
Production Time: All items take 2–5 business days to print before they ship.
Shipping Time:
USA: 3–7 business days.
UK/Europe: 4–8 business days.
Canada: 6–12 business days.
Rest of World: 10–20 business days.
3. Returns & Exchanges Because every product is custom-made, we do not offer returns or exchanges for size or color issues. Please be sure to check the size guide on the product page before ordering.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged product or the wrong design/size (different from what you ordered), we will happily send a free replacement.
How to Report: Please email us at thecompleteguidetoeverything@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
Required: You must attach a photo of the damaged/incorrect item and your Order Number.
5. Lost Packages
Stuck in Transit: If the tracking shows the package is lost in transit (and has not moved for an extended period), we will send a replacement at no cost.
Marked as Delivered: If the tracking states "Delivered" but you cannot find the package, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
6. Wrong Address If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our print partner. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
7. Customs & Duties (International Orders) For orders shipping outside of the USA (including the UK, EU, and Canada), additional customs and tax fees can occur on delivery. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country; please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases. The customer is responsible for paying these fees.
